The article considers theoretical and statistical evaluation of digitalization of the economy, including the socio-economic sphere. The authors give a description of the state of information society in the Russian Federation in statistical measurement, including the rating of subjects of the Russian Federation in the Far-East federal district (FEFD) by the level of informatization of the population and organizations. The significance of national project «Digital Economy of the Russian Federation» is shown, justification of proposals to expand the range of regional projects for the development of digital economy (on the example of the Khabarovsk region) is presented. Emphasis is placed on the lack of regional elaboration of key issues of staffing for digitalization of the economy.

The article discusses theoretical and methodological basics of assessment and analysis of the quality of life of population in the Russian Federation entity. Brief theoretical bases of the analysis of the quality of life of population of the Russian Federation entity, brief methodical bases of quantitative assessment of the indicators of the quality of life of the population of the Russian Federation en-tity, integrated in a composite index, have been laid out. Calcula-tions of the objective private indicators are given, and on their basis an integral indicator of the quality of life of the population for the Khabarovsk territory, the Kamchatka region and Russia as a whole in 2015 compared to 2010 is provided. The article discusses the theoretical and methodological basics of evaluation and analysis of the quality of life of the population in the Russian Federation entity. The article examines theoretical and procedural bases of assessment, analysis and planning of the quality of life of population of the Russian Federation and Khabarovsk territory. The accounts of particular indices are given, and on their basis the integral indices of the life quality of population in 2008 in comparison with 2001 are made.
