The scientific article is devoted to the analysis of historical and pedagogical experience in the aspect of formation of readiness of students of non-language national universities to multicultural communication in 1946 – 1968. The author has been studied in detail the conceptual level of pedagogical theory of readiness to multicultural communication. The data obtained as the result of the analysis can be used as a basis for the subsequent reconstructing of the theory. And he opened historical and pedagogical experience as a basis for solution of current pedagogical problem of readiness of the students to multicultural communication within the educational space.

The article is devoted to the analysis of extracurricular work for formation of readiness of students of domestic non-language high schools for multicultural communication in the second part of the 20th century (1946-1991). The activity of international friendship clubs which helped to perform international education and multicultural development of students is discussed in details in the article. The author has reconstructed the activity of these clubs aimed to formation of positive multicultural educational space, which is extremely demanded for formation of readiness for multicultural communication.

The article is devoted to analyze of internal and external factors which made the pedagogical problem of students’ readiness for multicultural communication topical in the USSR in the second part of the 20th century. The author uses cultural-historical and civilizational approaches for a detailed analysis of external and internal factors actualized the development of pedagogical problem of readiness of students to multicultural communication in the Soviet Union during the second half of the XX century. The results are summarized in a table which illustrates the relationship of factors in different aspects. The table makes possible to track predictors of socio-cultural problem (the problem of readiness for multicultural communication) resulting pedagogical problem (the problem of students’ readiness for multicultural communication).

The article is devoted to the analysis of the conformity of penal regulations (the articles 158-162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) to the requirements of legislative techniques. Basing upon the scientific researches the author sifts the articles 158-162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in relation to their conformity to the generalized set of rules of legal techniques. The author outlines the necessity of the improvement of the penal regulations and suggests making some additions to the article 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and a comment to the article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
