In this article the basic characteristics of professionally role strategy of modern bank employees under the conditions of transformation of the public structure with the use of results from the researches are offered.
In this article the author offers technology of measurement of status-role positions of a professional generality on an example of bank employees of Khabarovsk territory. Set of status-role parameters where the cores are the professional features, which definition author formulates according to results of research of workers of four banks of Khabarovsk territory. The status-stratification model of bank employees consisting of four cores strata is offered, and the professional characteristics of them should be exposed to constant sociological measurements for the purpose of the further perfection to each of the particular feature. The model of the methodical bases of similar measurements are offered.
