Abstract

The article provides an analysis of implementation of the municipal program “Preservation and improvement of health of the population of the city of Khabarovsk until 2020” using indicators of evaluation of the effectiveness of implementation of program measures exhibited by residents of the city and experts in the field of health prevention.The article presents the results of sociological surveys, which allowed identify and systematize the positive experience related to the possibility of using the program-targeted method in this field of health care in terms of concentration of available resources for the development of modern technologies related to the preservation and improvement of health, The significance of this type of managerial impact on the elimination of well-known risk factors of health loss is determined. The expediency of extending the program until 2025 is justified.The article summarizes the experience of the municipal program implementation, systematizes shortcomings in its content and management, and proposes recommendations for improvement.
