Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of integration of foreign cultural communities, which are formed on the territory of the Khabarovsk territory by ethnic migrants. The peculiarities of the existence of national minorities in the region focused on cultural autonomy with elements of political self-government. The characteristic of the enclave placement of ethnic migrants as an effective form of primary adaptation and integration into the new socio-territorial space is given. The article presents the results of sociological research among migrants, which allowed determine their migration preferences and features of integration and adaptation. Objective and subjective factors affecting the immigration characteristics of the Khabarovsk territory as a permanent place of residence are substantiated. Recommendations related to improving the effectiveness of integration activities in accordance with the existing conditions and factors at the level of inter-sector interaction are formulated.
