E-mail: medvedeva08@list.ru Antimonopoly complains in the system of development of competition Тhe article is devoted to the topical issues of formation of antimonopoly complains in the executive authorities according to the requirements of legislation on the competition development. Scientific perspective of the real research is caused by the beginning of functioning of antimonopoly complains as an instrument of management, new to the domestic practice. The importance of antimonopoly complains as priority direction in the system of development of competition, through its ability to act as a way of prevention and restriction of competition by the executive authorities is proved. It is determined that antimonopoly complains is the modern instrument of management of complains-risks, preventive measure of emergence of the situations of complains-risks and the mechanism of their minimization for prevention of violations of the antitrust law. The author analyzes and compares approaches to the organization of antimonopoly complains in the executive authorities that will provide a search of the best practice taking into account the results of its functioning.
