Particularity of the student's professional choice: representation's dynamic of educational process

Abstract

The article presents the results of study of vocational attitudes, job preferences and the image of ideal job among the students of educational institutions. The relevance of studying the influence of professional choice is related to the necessity of consideration of features of the reproduction of labor resources in the Khabarovsk territory. The article analyzes the changes in the preferences of students to the chosen professional activity. The attention on the dynamics of building professional development pathways is focused. It is revealed that depending on the rate of change of the indicators of satisfaction with the higher education, i.e. the higher the age and rate, the more difficult is the process of transformation of views about the work of chosen certain expectations. Recommendations for the educational organizations of the Khabarovsk territory about carrying out professional orientation work both with the entrants, and with the students of educational organizations are offered.
