Abstract
Economic growth at Far Eastern region accompanies by depopulation. It’s no corresponded with classical economy. It’s cleared at the article, that the high-tech industry and perfectly military-industrial complex are stabilizing to population, offered employment. Analogy follows to Japan’s Technopolis.
