Abstract

The article provides a definition of the intellectual potential of the regional management, its internal and external structure, and its formation is discussed. Estimation of the impact of the intellectual management capacity on the competitiveness of the region is given. Based on this analysis the author concludes that the intellectual management capacity is becoming the leading factor in competitiveness and economic growth of the regions.
