Abstract
The author shows the value and defect of the legislative rates directed on identification of the medical workman as special subject in sphere of medical activity, shows the ways and means of the improvement criminal legislation directed on warning of completion criminal-punishable deeds, younger medical personnel, in sphere of medical activity.
