The scenario plans of development of the administrative districts of Yakutia.

Abstract

The article discusses the possible scenarios, based on generally accepted probable scenarios of the development of Siberia and the Far East, and the analysis of the combination of which allows us to formulate plans for the development of the administrative districts of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Much of the economic and geographic prerequisites for the development of Yakutia changes in synchronization with other regions of the Asian part of Russia. At the same time, cycles and scenarios identified by researchers in the development of Russia, the Far East and Yakutia, do not always correlate with the materials of the present work, since the study area is too vast to make everything happened in the same way. For the conditions of Yakutia characteristic is the fact that different neighborhood on the organization of economic activity, level of development and quality of life of administrative districts and their separate parts or groups. As a result of the inhomogeneity of the space and features of the evolution of territorial and sectoral structure of the economy in socio-economic positions ("gaps") in the levels of integrated indicators of development and quality of life. Options for inclusion of an administrative district of the group focused on a particular scenario will depend on the projected mix of external and internal conditions, factors and development instruments.
