Anti-corruption right: the complex branch of the Russian right

Abstract
The publication is devoted to the problem of formation and development of the complex legal branch of the Russian right – the anti-corruption right of Russia. In this article the objective need, dynamics, chronology, difficulties and discrepancy of the process of formation and development of the anti-corruption right, and also its system, structure, the contents and value of the main anti-corruption acts, the development and improvement directions are revealed.
