Strategic planning of steady functioning of the local territories as the basis of innovative development of the practice of management of the social and economic systems

Abstract

The article investigates the theoretical foundations of sustainable development of the local territories, that makes possible to consider as an integrated system of economic, social and ecological processes with inherent to those processes, as the internal characteristics, desire for balance and reduce disparity, which provides the balanced, progressive development of the region as a whole, the consequence of which should be the improvement of people's lives.
