Abstract
In the article the questions of political formation and development of the Buryat-Mongolian Autonomous Soviet socialist Republic in the 1920th are considered. The author analyzed the interaction of such elements for the political system as a state party of the VKP(b), the trade union organization, representing in this period a kind of «school of communism». In conclusion, the author has formulated the features of political development of the Republic.
