Abstract
In this article the results of sociological research of the graduates of the institutes of the system of primary and secondary vocational education of the Khabarovsk territory are presented, as well as the results of the expert survey of chief executives, deputies and the heads of personnel services of the industrial enterprises of the region. Sociological analysis of the problems of employment of the graduates of technical schools and vocational schools, as well as the nature of interaction of the subjects of educational space on professional orientation and the employment of young specialists are conducted.
