Abstract
In this article the actual problems of formation of interaction mechanisms of the authorities and socially focused public organizations are analyzed. The assessment of experience of collaboration with the persons without the certain residence and occupations in the Khabarovsk Territory is given. Sociological portrait of the vagabond is presented. The prospects of work on decrease in indicators of homelessness in the region are defined.
