Abstract
In this article the methods of material stimulation which are capable to interest hired workers not only in the personal achievements, but also in success of the organization as a whole are shown. The essence of the system of participation in profits is presented. The content of the systems of collective awarding most successfully applied in the world practice is opened: Scanlon, Rakker and Improshare.
