Abstract
In the article the analysis of the influence of №256FL on birth rate in the Khabarovsk Territory is presented. The statistics of the citizens’ appeals to the pension fund’s bodies of the Russian Federation on purpose of receiving the parent (family) capital in a period of time from January 2007 to April 2009 is presented and analyzed.
