Abstract
Since the entry into force of the Comprehensive regional economic partnership (CREP), it has become the most diverse and dynamic free trade zone in the world. The article is devoted to the study of how the Heilongjiang free trade zone can use its own advantages for active connection to CREP and promoting the high-quality and social development.
