Trade and economic cooperation of the province of Heilongjiang with Russia in 2018 is considered. Evaluations of the developed trends and the role of regional interrelations in implementation of the Russian-Chinese projects are given. Factors of growth of the volumes of trade for 64.7% in comparison with the same period of last year and achievement of the best levels in 174.77 billion yuans are analyzed. Acceleration of the Chinese-Russian trade and economic cooperation, further the growth of volumes of import and export of trade of Heilongjiang with Russia is considered.
