Abstract
The actual questions of forming of the national system of qualifications are considered in the article, the aim of creation of that is an interface of the labor sphere and education. The practice of development and introduction of professional standards in Russia, the development of the system of certification of the personnel, the procedures of publicly-professional accreditation is considered.
