Abstract
The sustainable development of the city economy assumes the dynamical development of small business that promotes the home market saturation with qualitative products and services as well as it is an additional source of the state and local budgets income; it does not only strengthen the competitiveness of business, allows to lower social tension and to increase self-employment, but, what is not less important, it provides new jobs.
